O -HOUSE

Moscow region

A modern style house is built on a site with high terrain variations. The flat exploitable roofing at different levels forms balconies and open areas, which comfortably descend to the slope.

At the lower part of the site there is a gazebo with a green roof in front of the main façade.

Another rather challenging task in the design was to leave the front facade open unobstructed, meanwhile to create an isolated private zone invisible from the main street of the village.

Within the framework of the annual architectural competition “Interia Awards 2010", held by "Salon Interior", this project was ranked first in the nomination of “Innovation, Interior of a Country House up to 300 m².”

Author of the project: Garold Mosolov.

Architects: Varvara Pischevskaya, Valery Grishin, Andrei Saprykin.

Design: LLC "Stage-R".

Building area: 290 m2
